 While we offer a variety of home plans to customize your home on your choice of lots, we offer you the choice of bringing your own house plan.  We will work with you to make sure your plan works best on the lot you choose, assist you with exterior and interior details, and personalize your home from others in the neighborhood.  Our subcontractors are not large tract jobbers, but those experienced craftsmen skilled in their service with great attention to detail.  Jon-Mar, LLC, offers over 60 years of combined experience in the building business.  If you have a preferred builder, just purchase your lot and your contractor may build your home for you working within the proposed guidelines. 

 The Ballentrae Home Owners Association will be responsible for grounds maintenance - mowing of common areas and individual lots, periodic trimming of shrubbery and trees in the front yards, and cleaning gutters.  An irrigation system for the common areas and front yards and attractive street lighting are also provided by the HOA to ensure all properties maintain a manicured appearance.
